Position Overview

We are excited to welcome an experienced President who will be pivotal in driving our thriving company forward. This role demands a visionary leader with robust business acumen and a proven track record in the residential services industry. As President, you will play a crucial role in continuing our legacy of excellence, fostering growth, and ensuring our company remains the trusted choice for home maintenance needs.

Compensation: $250,000–$300,000, plus bonuses and equity.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategies to achieve ambitious company goals and drive sustainable growth.
Operational Oversight: Ensure efficient daily operations by implementing innovative solutions to enhance service delivery.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a results-driven team, holding management accountable to high-performance standards.
Customer Focus: Uphold and enhance our commitment to exceptional customer service and long-term client relationships.
Change Management: Drive initiatives that improve business processes and foster continuous improvement.
Financial Stewardship: Ensure financial stability, profitability, and efficient resource management.

Qualifications

Extensive experience as a President or CEO in the residential services sector (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical, or Construction).
Proven experience managing a P&L of $175-$200+ million.
Exceptional strategic vision with the ability to manage towards the big picture.
Track record of leading teams of 500+ employees to achieve outstanding results.
Experience in managing change and driving business improvements daily.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to relocate to the East Coast, New England area.
Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.
Thorough understanding of the residential service business model.
Ability to interpret and make decisions based on financial statements.
A college degree is a plus but not required.
