Position Overview
We are excited to welcome an experienced President who will be pivotal in driving our thriving company forward. This role demands a visionary leader with robust business acumen and a proven track record in the residential services industry. As President, you will play a crucial role in continuing our legacy of excellence, fostering growth, and ensuring our company remains the trusted choice for home maintenance needs.
Compensation: $250,000–$300,000, plus bonuses and equity.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategies to achieve ambitious company goals and drive sustainable growth.
- Operational Oversight: Ensure efficient daily operations by implementing innovative solutions to enhance service delivery.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a results-driven team, holding management accountable to high-performance standards.
- Customer Focus: Uphold and enhance our commitment to exceptional customer service and long-term client relationships.
- Change Management: Drive initiatives that improve business processes and foster continuous improvement.
- Financial Stewardship: Ensure financial stability, profitability, and efficient resource management.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience as a President or CEO in the residential services sector (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical, or Construction).
- Proven experience managing a P&L of $175-$200+ million.
- Exceptional strategic vision with the ability to manage towards the big picture.
- Track record of leading teams of 500+ employees to achieve outstanding results.
- Experience in managing change and driving business improvements daily.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to relocate to the East Coast, New England area.
- Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Thorough understanding of the residential service business model.
- Ability to interpret and make decisions based on financial statements.
- A college degree is a plus but not required.
