PURPOSE: The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the company, providing strategic financial guidance, and ensuring the company’s financial health. The CFO will work closely with the President and other senior executives to drive the company’s financial strategy and performance.
1.0 Duties / Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Oversee the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s growth and profitability goals.
- Risk Management: Identify and manage financial risks, including scenario planning, regulatory compliance, and purchasing insurance policies to protect against significant financial losses from unforeseen events.
- Cost Management: Monitor and control costs to improve profitability and efficiency by conducting machine hour studies, justifications, and return on investments.
- Investment Management: Oversee investment activities and manage relationships with 401K advisors and other financial institutions.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute the company’s strategic plan.
- Mergers and Acquisitions: Evaluate and execute potential mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic opportunities.

3.0 Education / Experience
CPA or MBA in accounting, minimum of 3-5 years manufacturing experience required.

- CPA Certification

Due to the open environment of the building, must be able to work in various temperatures. Involves moderate or occasional presence of unfavorable conditions, i.e., cold, dust, heat, noise, odor, chemicals, etc. Safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, heat protective sleeves, and safety shoes may be required in the area that you are working based on our safety PPE standards.
