Who's the business:

Our client is a market leading Series B AdTech firm who since their onset 5 years ago have had double digit growth year on year. As they continue to expand their footprint across multiple verticals, they are seeking a dynamic and commercially savvy CFO to join their leadership team. This role is pivotal in driving the business growth and securing the necessary funding to fuel our ambitious plans.

Position Overview:

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be a key strategic partner to the CEO, responsible for shaping and executing the financial strategy that supports the company’s growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fundraising, financial strategy, and business expansion. This role is focused on commercial finance, with no accounting responsibilities, as those functions are outsourced.

Key Responsibilities:

As the CFO, you will drive the company’s financial strategy and growth, working closely with the CEO to implement initiatives that expand the business across multiple verticals. Your responsibilities include securing capital and equity financing, evaluating new market opportunities, and guiding expansion efforts. You will oversee financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting to ensure the company’s financial health aligns with its growth goals. Additionally, you will manage investor relations, lead financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor strategic alignment. Collaboration with senior leaders will be crucial in shaping overall business strategy.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role within a high-growth DSP (Tier 1 or Tier 2), Adtech, Digital, or Technology company.
Strong track record of successfully raising funds through various channels (VC, PE, debt financing, etc.).
Experience in scaling businesses and expanding into new markets or verticals.
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong understanding of financial planning, analysis, and performance management.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience with M&A processes and financial due diligence is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
