Chamber committees focus on Women in Business,business growth, education, government affairs, and Rising Leaders while also organizing events like the nationally acclaimed Old-Fashioned 4th of July celebration.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a President/CEO at the Granbury Chamber of Commerce in Granbury, TX. Reporting to a diverse Board of Directors, the President/CEO will be responsible for providing effective leadership, forging partnerships, overseeing chamber committees, promoting economic welfare, and organizing community events like the Old-Fashioned 4th of July celebration.

Qualifications

Strong leadership, communication, and partnership-building skills
Experience in economic development, community relations, and event planning
Knowledge of business growth strategies and government affairs
Financial management and fundraising expertise
Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and drive community initiatives
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Public Administration, or related field
Experience working in chambers of commerce or non-profit organizations is a plus; IOM is preferred
