Analyze profitability and identify areas for improvement to proactively manage revenue streams and enhance overall efficiency.
Ensure seamless planning of material distribution and labor forecasting to maximize customer satisfaction and financial outcomes.
Act as a key liaison across various departments, championing best practices to drive synergy and cohesion.
Oversee inventory controls meticulously, minimizing discrepancies and optimizing resource allocation.
Engage with vendors, community leaders, and other third-party partners to foster mutually beneficial relationships.
Drive the business plan forward, implement innovative strategies, and document processes for ongoing improvement.

Do I Have What It Takes?

10+ years of leadership experience
10+ years of experience overseeing day-to-day operations within the Home Services sector preferably HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing or other residential home services.
Demonstrated track record of achieving year-over-year business growth
Full oversight of businesses exceeding $50 Million Annually
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams toward achieving strategic objectives and driving overall company success.
Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Deep understanding of market dynamics, and competitive landscape, enabling informed decision-making and effective business strategies.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to navigate change and ambiguity, driving organizational change initiatives while maintaining employee morale and engagement.
Commitment to upholding the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and corporate governance in all aspects of business operations.
