Objectives of this role:
Collaborate with CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operations strategy, and hiring levels
Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning
Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members can thrive and that organizational goals are met
Ensure compliance with national and local business regulations, and take appropriate action when necessary

Responsibilities
Analyze internal operations, including Product Development, Manufacturing Engineering, Programs, Planning, Production and MRO and identify areas for process enhancement
Implement business strategies and plans that align with the short- and long-term objectives developed in tandem with CEO
Define Supply Chain & Strategic Procurement strategies based on industrial plan, interfacing with the Group COO
Govern operational planning and control activities as well as logistics and warehouse management
Oversee the identification and reduction/elimination of waste in all Supply Chain Areas
Oversee operations and partner with CEO in sales management so that sufficient investment capital can be budgeted for near-term growth targets
Manage capital investments and expenses aggressively to ensure that the company achieves investor targets for growth and profitability
Monitor performance and take corrective measures when necessary, and prepare detailed updates and forecasts
Govern new product development activities, monitoring key development phases through to final validation and approval
Ensure that R&D activities are geared toward product industrialization
Conduct risk management activities for all aerospace programs involving all relevant functions interfacing with CEO and Group COO.
Build and maintain trusting relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders
Skills and qualifications
More than 10 years of experience in executive leadership roles with proven track record in lean transformation.
Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues
Solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics
Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues
In-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing principle, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement mythologies.
