We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a key strategic partner in Human Resources. Reporting to the SVP & Chief Human Resources Officer, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing HR strategies that align with our business objectives. As a valued member of the HR Leadership Team, collaboration with the SVP & Business Unit President and the broader leadership team will be essential in driving organizational success.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
- Provide expert guidance on HR initiatives, policies, and programs to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Oversee key HR functions including talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Drive change management efforts to support organizational growth and transformation.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role with a strong track record of strategic partnership.
