Position Summary
Rocky Mountain Credit Union is searching for its next President/Chief Executive Officer due to the retirement of its current leader. The Board is seeking an innovative and strategic executive to direct the overall operations of the Credit Union to ensure financial stability. Working with the Board, the successful candidate will lead the Credit Union, implementing short-term and long-term objectives, plans, and policies with the members' best interests at heart. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational management skills with high integrity and a superior understanding of the financial industry to provide first-class member service. A Bachelor’s degree and at least ten years of executive experience within the credit union or banking industry are required. A CCUE, CPA, or CMA designation is desirable.
