Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the HR department, ensuring smooth and effective operations.
- Develop and implement talent management strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Drive organizational development and support growth initiatives.
- Establish and oversee employee incentive and benefits programs.
- Enhance training and development programs to support employee growth.
- Build strong employee relationships and foster a positive work environment.
- Manage HR budgets and resources efficiently.
- Stay updated with professional and technical knowledge in HR.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor and employment laws and regulations.
- Provide oversight and updates to HR policies, procedures, and strategic plans.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- At least ten years of HR management experience.
- Seven years of supervisory experience.
- Strong time management and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency with online administrative systems and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
- Ability to perform job duties thoroughly, accurately, and independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- SHRM Senior Certified Professional Certification is a plus.
