Salary Range: Min: $166,426.00 - Mid: $208,026.00 - Max: $249,626.00
OVERALL DESCRIPTION
Responsible for implementation and management of the organization's total rewards strategy. Lead a team responsible for designing, evaluating, and administering competitive and comprehensive compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they align with the company's overall goals and objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of compensation practices, benefits administration, and HR analytics to attract, motivate, and retain top talent.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and ten (10) years of employment experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits management, with a focus on strategy development and implementation.
- Minimum five (5) years previous managerial experience is required.
