What You Will Do
- Develop and execute the organization's Human Resource strategy in partnership with the leadership team.
- Lead recruitment efforts to attract diverse and highly talented individuals, meeting both short- and long-term talent needs.
- Champion a best-in-class employee experience, fostering engagement, learning, and development initiatives.
- Oversee human resources, compensation, and benefit programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices by attending relevant seminars and training sessions.
- Lead the implementation of ADP systems and processes.
- Report directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Who You Are And What You Bring
- Compassionate towards patients and consumers.
- 10-15 years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required; Master's degree in Business Management with a focus on Healthcare Administration preferred.
- Strategic thinker with a strong ability to address both tactical and operational HR matters.
- Proven track record in developing innovative talent strategies and initiatives.
- Experience in leveraging data and technology to drive HR outcomes, including proficiency with ADP.
- Demonstrated success in shaping organizational culture.
- Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
