Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team in Bellevue, WA, leading the financial strategy and oversight for our diverse range of entities, including construction, development, and financial operations.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 7 am to 5 pm, with flexibility for additional hours as needed.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: \(250,000 - \)300,000 per year
- Additional Compensation: Discretionary annual bonus and profit sharing on carried interest

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee financial functions and provide strategic direction for multiple entities.
- Manage the accounting division, including accountants and/or Controllers.
- Collaborate with the Executive Team to plan financial strategies and set goals.
- Direct tax planning and preparation for all entities.
- Implement and maintain effective accounting systems and controls.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
- Develop and manage budgets using historical data and trend analysis.
- Support strategic financial initiatives and ensure compliance with legal and company policies.
- Work with the Executive Team to develop investment and construction opportunities.
- Present profitability analyses and assist with forecasting and long-term planning.
- Advise on financial issues and opportunities related to business decisions.
- Monitor annual cash flow and income from the current portfolio.
- Manage relationships with financial partners, including lenders, investors, and auditors.
- Oversee financial tracking and reporting systems for affiliates and partnerships.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of financial reports and audits.
- Manage operational accounting functions and adhere to best practices and GAAP.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a CFO role or similar senior position.
- 10+ years of experience in Accounting/Finance.
- CPA/CMA certification preferred.
- Experience with property/multi-entity and construction/development accounting is highly desirable.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Positive, collaborative approach with a commitment to excellence.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Fluent in English, with strong reading, speaking, and writing skills.
