You will play a pivotal role in shaping and guiding the human resources function, ensuring that our programs align with the organization's vision and values. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead strategic HR initiatives across various domains including Learning and Development, Benefits and Compensation Management, Team Member Experience, and Talent Planning and Management. Your focus will be on fostering a positive, inclusive work environment while upholding compliance with policies and delivering an outstanding member experience.
We are seeking a seasoned HR leader with a proven track record of strategic thinking and leadership. As a key player on the executive team, you will drive organizational growth, stay ahead of industry trends, and maintain a vibrant corporate culture. Your role will involve monitoring relevant external factors and using this insight to inform and guide our HR strategies.
Expectations And Responsibilities
- Learning and Development (30%): Develop a high-performing team by implementing a comprehensive learning and development strategy. Use data to continually refine training programs to meet evolving needs.
- Talent Planning and Management (25%): Create and oversee a talent acquisition and management system that aligns with our vision. Develop strategies for recruiting, engaging, and retaining top talent.
- Team Member Experience (20%): Promote a culture of diversity and inclusivity while ensuring employees have the resources to adapt to change. Foster a positive environment that reflects our core values.
- Compensation and Benefits Management (15%): Design and maintain a competitive benefits and compensation model that motivates and rewards high performance.
- HR Administration and Management (10%): Lead and support the HR team. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies, and oversee HR administrative functions.
Experience, Knowledge, And Skills
- 10+ years in HR leadership roles.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to overcome challenges and innovate.
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on strategic implementation.
- Effective decision-maker with analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in driving organizational growth and managing lending/credit operations.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
