In this pivotal role, you will shape and guide the human resources strategy and operations, reporting directly to the CEO. Your leadership will encompass the development and execution of HR programs, including Learning and Development, Benefits and Compensation Management, Team Member Experience, and Talent Planning and Management. You will ensure compliance with policies while enhancing the overall experience for everyone involved.

Your responsibilities will include monitoring local, regional, economic, and political factors that could impact our operations.
Expectations And Responsibilities
- Learning and Development (30%)
Develop a high-performing team through a comprehensive learning and development strategy. Use analytics to continuously assess and update training programs to meet evolving organizational needs.
- Talent Planning and Management (25%)
Create and oversee a system for recruiting, engaging, and retaining top talent. Maintain and execute a dynamic talent plan that aligns with the organization's vision.
- Team Member Experience (20%)
Promote organizational values and foster a culture of inclusivity. Implement processes that help employees adapt to changes and provide them with the tools needed to manage these transitions effectively.
- Compensation and Benefits Management (15%)
Design and maintain a competitive compensation and benefits model that motivates and rewards performance.
- HR Administration and Management (10%)
Lead and develop the HR team. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and keep all HR policies up to date.
Experience, Knowledge, And Skills
- 10+ years in senior HR leadership roles.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build consensus.
- Proven ability to innovate and overcome challenges.
- Collaborative approach with a focus on strategic thinking and problem-solving.
- Track record of building and maintaining professional relationships at all organizational levels.
- Effective independent work and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Comfort with ambiguity and leading change.
- Experience in driving loan portfolio growth and developing new loan products.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
