Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with VPs of Operations and Finance to optimize service costs and improve the customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive dynamics to refine strategies for growth.
- Engage with industry trade associations to strengthen regional presence.
- Identify growth and cost-efficiency opportunities, supporting new initiatives with strong business cases.
- Implement processes to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee regional marketing strategies to increase visibility and relevance.
- Ensure branch operations are cost-effective and maintain high-quality standards.
- Optimize the rental fleet's reliability and profitability.
- Lead efforts to enhance product offerings and develop new rental solutions.
- Develop and monitor operational metrics for continuous improvement.
- Enforce expense control measures across all functions.
- Manage branch facility expansion in line with growth strategy.
- Oversee forecasting and budgeting processes, integrating opportunity and account management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technical, Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's Degree in Business is preferred.
- Over 10 years of management experience in the specialty rental industry, particularly in heating, cooling, and power equipment.
- Strong knowledge of ERP, CRM, and business systems.
- Proven leadership skills with a history of motivating and mentoring teams.
- A proven track record of driving growth and meeting business goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Understanding of financial metrics, market segmentation, and industry trends.
- Familiarity with construction contracting, engineering, and direct selling processes; experience in sectors such as Healthcare, Higher Education, Industrial/Manufacturing, and Commercial Real Estate is beneficial.
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
- Valid driver's license with a clear driving record.
