A large alternative asset manager based in midtown is looking for a strong Human Resources Business Partner to work closely with leadership to develop and execute strategies that lead employees to success personally and as a team. There will a strong focus on DEI woven into the role.
The day-to-day spans:
- Partner with leadership to drive DEI initiatives and weave that awareness into all facets of the organization
- Coaching on career development, performance management, talent acquisition and retention, and employee engagement.
- Advise leadership and develop relationships across the organization
- Partner with subject matter experts and provide input that leads to continued improvements across processes.
- Identify and address trends by analyzing HR data
- Lead culture, retention, and engagement for the organization
You'll have:
· A BA/BS from a top school with good grades
· At least 8 years of work experience with 4+ years as an employee facing HRBP within finance
· Ability to problem solve
· Ability to handle ambiguity
· Experience working in a fast-paced, high growth environment
