### Executive Leadership Opportunity
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced leader to guide our organization as we strive for excellence and growth. This leadership role is based in the Bay Area, and candidates should be aware that no relocation support will be provided.
#### Key Responsibilities
**Financial Management**
- Ensure the financial health of the organization by overseeing all financial activities.
- Collaborate with the Board, Treasurer, and Bookkeeper to develop and manage an annual budget, which includes revenue projections and expense planning.
- Facilitate monthly budget updates during Board meetings and lead fundraising strategies and capital campaigns.
- Regularly monitor and review the organization's financial status.
**Personnel Management**
- Supervise and manage staff, handling hiring, performance evaluations, salary administration, and policy enforcement.
- Mentor the leadership team to enhance their performance and implement improvement initiatives.
- Develop and use key performance indicators (KPIs) to track staff performance and foster a collaborative work environment.
**Additional Duties**
- Oversee daily operations including program management, staff coordination, membership engagement, and marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with the Chair in preparing agendas and materials for Board meetings.
- Act as the primary spokesperson and representative at community and business events, while building and maintaining partnerships with other organizations.
- Support Chamber officers in annual and long-term planning efforts and identify revenue generation programs and events.

#### Professional Experience
- A minimum of 5-10 years of management or executive experience, ideally in a business or non-profit setting.
- Experience in Chamber management is a plus, along with familiarity with local, regional, and state political systems.
- A minimum of 3 years of P&L responsibility is preferred.
#### Education
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred, but equivalent professional experience will be considered.
- Graduate or current student of the Western Association of Chamber Executives Academy is preferred.
