Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated financial leader to guide our financial strategy and operations. This role involves the development and implementation of financial plans, overseeing budgeting processes, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The financial leader will collaborate with the executive team to support our mission of delivering quality healthcare while respecting cultural values.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, development, and implementation of financial strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Advise senior management on the financial implications of operational decisions.
- Conduct financial analyses for new programs, acquisitions, and revenue management.
- Collaborate with the executive team to set long-term financial goals and strategic initiatives.
- Oversee compliance with financial policies, ensuring they remain up to date.
- Manage the investment portfolio to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with GAAP standards.
- Prepare and present financial statements and reports to stakeholders.
- Guide finance teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Maintain effective communication with external auditors, regulators, and vendors.
