### Opportunity Overview
In this pivotal role, you will play a significant part in shaping and guiding the human resources strategy and operations for an organization, collaborating directly with senior leadership. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing HR programs, including Learning and Development, Benefits and Compensation Management, Team Member Experience, and Talent Planning and Management, all while ensuring compliance with established policies.
### Key Responsibilities
**Learning and Development (30%)**
- Design and implement a comprehensive learning strategy to cultivate a high-performing team. Employ analytics to assess and adapt training programs in response to evolving organizational needs.
**Talent Planning and Management (25%)**
- Establish and manage a robust system for recruiting, engaging, and retaining top talent, aligning a dynamic talent plan with the organization's strategic vision.
**Team Member Experience (20%)**
- Advocate for organizational values and cultivate an inclusive culture. Create processes to support employees through transitions and equip them with the necessary tools.
**Compensation and Benefits Management (15%)**
- Develop and maintain a competitive model for compensation and benefits that effectively motivates and rewards stellar performance.
**HR Administration and Management (10%)**
- Lead and mentor the HR team, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while keeping HR policies updated.
### Required Experience and Skills
- Over 10 years of experience in senior HR leadership roles.
- Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to influence and build consensus.
- Record of innovation and overcoming obstacles with a collaborative approach.
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships at all levels within the organization.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the flexibility to adapt to evolving responsibilities.
- High emotional intelligence with the capacity to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience in driving organizational growth.
