Victra is Verizon's trusted business partner and largest premium retailer in the United States. We are searching for a Vice President of Workforce Management, who will lead the strategic planning and execution of workforce management initiatives to optimize the productivity and efficiency of the organization’s human capital. This role will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of workforce planning, scheduling, and analytics. The VP of Workforce Management will work closely with senior leadership to align workforce strategies with organizational goals and ensure the effective utilization of resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

Develop and execute comprehensive workforce management strategies that align with the organization's objectives and business goals.
Provide visionary leadership and direction to the workforce management team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Workforce Planning and Optimization:

Oversee the development of workforce plans that anticipate future needs and ensure optimal staffing levels.
Implement effective scheduling processes to maximize productivity and minimize labor costs.

Field Compensation Strategy and Implementation:

Develop field compensation structures related to incentive pay
Partner with Store Operations, Human Resources, Legal, Finance and other departments to drive implementation.
Product Owner of the commission systems, including monthly plan implementations and driving modernization of systems.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Utilize advanced analytics to provide insights and recommendations on workforce trends, performance, and areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key workforce metrics and support data-driven decision-making.

Technology and Systems Management:

Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of workforce management systems and technologies.
Ensure the integration of workforce management solutions with other business systems to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.

Compliance and Risk Management:

Partner with Legal and Human Resources to ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies related to workforce management and incentive compensation.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with workforce planning and scheduling.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:

Collaborate with operational leaders to understand headcount needs and develop tailored solutions.
Act as a key advisor to senior leadership on workforce management strategies.

Team Development:

Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing workforce management team.
Promote professional development and continuous learning opportunities for team members.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in workforce management, finance, or a related field.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful workforce management strategies.
Experience with workforce management technologies and systems.
