We are looking for an experienced President/CEO to work closely with the Founder of a small, successful, financially strong, manufacturing company.

The successful candidate will have extensive executive level experience in manufacturing, human resources, business development, marketing and finance. They’ll possess a track record of leading high- performing teams in the design and delivery of results-based initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an advanced ability to think strategically, respond to market changes and adjust to economic factors that may influence the business.

Scope of Responsibilities:

Leadership, vision and execution.
and Administration - Maintains fiscal responsibility for the annual budget and provides financial oversight. Assures that the strategic plan is implemented and executed.
Growth, and Profitability - Recommends and implements strategies that lead to operational excellence, efficient organizational structures, role definition, hiring and retention of talent. Maintains a fiscally healthy operation and sustains an efficient organizational structure that provides high quality products for our customers.
Impact– Promotes and enhances client satisfaction, marketing and visibility of services and expands market reach.

Qualifications:

3+ years as President or CEO
8-10 years production/manufacturing background or related
Exceptional organization & planning skills
Disciplined, focused yet able to adapt to change
Bachelor's degree, MBA A+
