Summary

The President oversees all aspects of business development and business operations to ensure the success of Potomac Healthcare Solutions by achieving growth targets, exceeding financial budgets and working closing with executive leadership to implement the vision of Potomac’s Board of Directors and Co-CEOs.

Qualifications

Minimum of 15 years in a senior leadership role within a healthcare organization.
Extensive knowledge and expertise in healthcare government contracting.
Success working with a Board of Directors, with the ability to cultivate new and existing relationships.
Experienced transformational leader who is committed to affecting change to support the mission.
Exceptional relationship management skills with the ability to build and grow connections.
Ability to solve problems and resolve conflict in a multi-faceted environment.
Effective communicator across all levels of the organization.
