FUNCTION

Growing and profitable manufacturing company with four plant locations in North America has an excellent opportunity available for a CFO. This position will be one of the key executives responsible for running a $120-150 million dollar manufacturing and commercial sales operation. This position offers a very competitive base salary, executive level bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.

REQUIREMENTS

BS degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
Manufacturing experience; preferably 10 years paper or plastics.
Player/coach who can get into the details and see the big picture.
Experience in forecasting, modeling, banking, contracts, strategy, HR (including union),

mergers and acquisitions and merger integration.

A command of the English language is required; German as a second language is

desirable.

CPA or equivalent with knowledge of GAAP and IFRS rules.
Understanding of manufacturing operations beyond statistics.
Understanding of the commercial part of the business and the interpersonal relationships

necessary to achieve success.

Good interpersonal skills both internally and with the customer base.
Ability and willingness to travel Domestically & Internationally.
Self-starter with progressive ideas, but a team player willing to work within the structure

and overall goals of the parent company.

Lead, coach and develop current financial team.
Assess and manage financial risks and opportunities.
Manage audits, internal and external.
Develop strong connection with parent Executive team.
SAP or equivalent.
Strong XL and MS Office Skills.
Digitalization of finance process and business intelligence.
