What will your day look like?

Financial Strategy:

Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Ensure the team's alignment with the company's strategic goals.

Risk Management:

Identify and manage financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard the company's assets.

Financial Reporting:

Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, providing insights to the executive team and stakeholders.
Oversee the preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP.

Strategic Partnership:

Collaborate with the CEO and other executives to drive strategic initiatives and business growth.
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support decision-making.

Who are you?

Experience:

Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven experience in financial strategy, risk management, and team leadership.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA preferred.

Skills:

Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in financial management software and tools.

High level of integrity and ethical standards.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
