Assistant Chief Financial Officer

Trusted Staff is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Chief Financial Officer to join our esteemed partner hospital in scenic Southern California. This is an exceptional opportunity to work alongside a respected executive team and play a crucial role in the financial success of a well-established healthcare system. The ideal candidate will be groomed for the future Chief Financial Officer position.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management: Assist in overseeing supply chain, utilities, and monthly operating reviews for 50+ groups.
Revenue Cycle: Supervise Revenue Cycle, Health Information Management, and Gift Shop operations.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CFO and CAO on strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, and opportunities for improvement, and inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare finance. Critical Access Hospital experience is strongly preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial management software and MS Office suite.
