Erickson Electric is a well-established electrical contracting firm based in St. Cloud, MN. This strategic leadership role aims to foster innovation and drive sustainable growth while ensuring operational excellence and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of company operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and regulatory compliance.
Develop strategies to achieve business growth, profitability, and market expansion.
Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
Supply visionary leadership to the executive team and build strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum five years of senior executive experience, preferably in the electrical or construction industry.
Demonstrated success in improving company profitability and financial management skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning abilities.
