Job Title: Chief Human Resources Officer (US Citizen Only)

Location: Gainesville, FL (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with the company’s business objectives and support long-term growth.
Lead the formulation and execution of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are in compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
Oversee employee relations programs, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that supports employee engagement and satisfaction.
Provide strategic guidance to the executive team on all HR-related matters, including talent management, succession planning, and workforce development.
Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, minimizing legal risks and maintaining the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
Lead initiatives to enhance organizational culture, promote diversity and inclusion, and improve employee retention.
Oversee the development and implementation of compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and aligned with the company’s goals.
Manage the HR team, providing leadership, mentorship, and support to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team on all human resources matters, providing insights and recommendations to drive organizational success.
Lead HR-related change management initiatives during periods of organizational transformation.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Labor Relations, or a related field.
A minimum of 15 years of experience in human resources, with a proven track record of success in HR policy formulation, employee relations, and compliance.
Extensive experience guiding HR strategy at the executive level, with a deep understanding of HR best practices and industry trends.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders across the organization.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively manage complex HR issues and conflicts.
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on delivering practical solutions.
Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong understanding of business operations and organizational needs.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing HR teams.
Commitment to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace
Federal Experience is a plus.
